AUTOUR DU PARFUM, A NEW ERA

Éline Pajot founded Autour du Parfum in 2002, after fifteen years of practising her talents in the marketing and development of cosmetics and perfumes for prestigious companies. In less than two decades, it has imposed this brand on the world of personal and home perfumery. Indeed, all over the world, its customers have adopted its Eau de Parfum Poudre d'Iris, Patchouli Tonka... At the same time that they have installed in their home the fragrant Renaissance balls, slipped into their handbag its Small Hearts of solid perfume, nestled its Scented Purses, refined cases of innovative perfumed volcanic stones. Ambiance Poudre de riz, Mystère d’Ambre, Fève Tonka… according to personalities. While she also ventured into the creation of jewellery, Éline Pajot chose in 2020 to write a new chapter of her life. With a serene spirit, she passed her hand to Delphine Siebert-Leblanc, who had been her partner for ten years. Involved in the creation of fragrances, the design of objects, commercial development, this 40-year-old graduate of the ISIPCA (Institut supérieur international des parfums) carries out its activities in Autour du Parfum and as a trainer for other brands of niche fragrances.


Delphine did not imagine the future of Autour du Parfum without her, given her involvement in society and she decided to take it back. By the mere mention of the name, she feels in harmony, since she has built her professional career «around perfume», as shown by her various expertise. Beyond the appellation, it is found in the essence of the house, praised for its quality and originality. Determined to perpetuate the flagship lines, she also sees all the possibilities. Or how to exercise your creativity by rethinking all the everyday objects, by considering all the materials with the sole aim of spreading the most pleasant scents. By his perfumes, Delphine makes souls tangible. This project, she shares with Didier Leblanc, her man for fifteen years and best support on a daily basis. Delphine’s desire to pursue the story of Autour du Parfum has come to be combined with Didier’s desire to change his professional life. His personal taste for crafts, his desire for independence have decided him. His thirty-five years in the automotive industry at PSA will be useful to him as he will use his logistics, management skills, managerial experience and customer relations. While the workshop will leave the Bièvre valley to become attached to the historic heart of the Versailles Plain, we can already guess Didier and Delphine in unison, while not neglecting any other idea coming off the beaten track. As long as they’re waving... around the perfume.
